Calm the person being harmed in the process.. their hysteria isn't helping things.
Take on the those creating the problems myself. Sometimes you can fight fire with fire.
Bring the wrongdoers to justice in a fair trial. I trust the system.

I usually forgive, but can't forget.
I'd spend the rest of my life making sure they pay for it.
I can let it go the first time, but after that, it's all over.
