Ctrl+Alt+Del and reboot in safe mode, baby. Better check the registry for malicious programs.
Pull out the plug. When you turn it back on, give it a good kick.
This happened to me before... What did I do last time? Oh well, I'll just hit the reset button.
Not again, Microsoft! I'll reboot, but I swear I'm switching to Mac OS.
