Start talking. Life is short and you need to score as many honeys as you can, so why beat around the bush?
''Accidentally'' brush up against him/her. The physical chemistry between you two is bound to ignite a conversation.
Use your friends to attract his/her attention. Simple logic, everyone wants to be part of a cool crowd and your friends are awesome. Once he/she gets a glimpse of your clique, they'll be dieing to talk to you.
Try to make eye contact and when you do, look away immediately. You don't want him/her to think you're some kind of psycho stalker or something.

Send a cute text. Now the ball is in his/her court and hopefully they'll lop it back with an equally adorable message or maybe even a call.
Call immediately and set up a date. You talk to a lot of babies, so it's important that you go out with this one before you forget what he/she looks like exactly.
Hope that he/she calls you. Okay, so you didn't really give your number in exchange, but if he/she is really interested they'll find a way to track you down.
c) Ditch it and try to connect on myyearbook instead. It's so much cooler if he/she sees how many friends you have in common.

A kickin' party with tons of people. Now he/she can really see how popular you are and, if she/he is really lucky, maybe you'll invite them to your friend's beach house next weekend.
Dinner, quickly followed by the backseat of the car-or the basement if his/her parents are out for the night. Come on, you're attracted to each other. What else is there?
A movie and perhaps a walk afterwards. It's the perfect situation to hold hands and cuddle a little bit. If things go really there might even be a stomach fluttering goodnight kiss.
