you kidnap them and cut off the joints of each finger one by one untill they give it back and if not.. cap them between the eyes. then steal there wallet muhaha
you go up to your friend and camly ask for them to give it back

you put your friend in a headlock and ask them for it back and if not punch them in the gut untill they do
