how do you cut yourself?

make a small cut hoping that it wont get any worse but knowing deep down that it will get a lot worse.
i try to hold my anger back by walking back and forth and talking to myself until i finaly grab the blade and start at it.
i take a bath and later i might make a few lines on my arms. hope people ask how they got there so i can talk about it.
if it was a really bad day i'll end up cutting. depending on how bad decides how deep they are.

anything. anything at all.
i normaly use my blade i got from the box cutter but sometimes i'll use anything if it will make the pain go away.
i'll use almost anything. but i try to stay away from things that will do alot of damage.
something sharp that dont hurt that much when i do it.

only a few friends. i dont want people to know
everyone knows. i dont try to hide it.
only one or maybe two people. but they noticed i didnt tell them.
some people who have noticed on there own.

pants and long sleeves. i have to
pants and someimes i have to wear long sleeves because i cut my arms and my legs the night before.
if its a good day i can wear short sleeves and blame the cat. and on really good days i can wear shorts and even sandles
i wear short sleeves and shorts when the wheather is nice.

i have cut every where but i try to only cut in places i can hide it now.

anywhere. as long as people wont/dont notice what im doing.
it use to only be in my room. now i'll do it anywhere in my house
school, home, outside, anywhere where im alone. but i never chance getting caught
anywhere. i dont care who sees. i hope they do see.

every day. im just in that much pain
whenever people are ignoring me or not giving me their attention
im not totally sure but its increasing
whenever im hurting.
