1. A friend of a friend is setting you up on a blind date. She has given you the blind dates cell number and e-mail. How do you initially contact this person?
Send him or her an e-mail introducing yourself and saying how excited you are to meet him or her. After two or three back and forth e-mails try to set up a time and place to meet.
Wait for him or her to call you to set up a time and date to meet.
Send him or her a text that says something casual like 'hey dude, heard good things. When should we hook up?'
I call him or her right away and start talking about all the fun place we could go on our first date.

2. When you meet a new person generally you like to...
Tell a great story about what you did today.
Ask questions and then follow up with anecdotes of my own that relate to the subject.
Listen to them talk so I can feel comfortable and get to know the other person.
I don't know. It depends on what mood I'm in when I meet someone. Some times I talk and sometimes I just sit there.

3. What type of activity do you think would be good on a blind date?
Probably just coffee. It's a short period of time where we can sit down and really feel each other out before launching into something bigger and longer.
Something interactive like an arcade place. We could play games against each other, which gives us a topic of conversation and if we don't have a lot in common we could just play games by ourselves until the evening is over.
Probably a movie. We don't really have to speak to one another.
Dinner. It's a full two or three hours where we can talk to one another.

4. So your on a date with someone and you are having a great time. How do you let the other person know it?
I'd try to kiss him or her.
I'd smile, push my hair behind my ears and just try to be subtly flirty.
I'd just say it straight out.
Ask him or her if she is having a good time and then follow it up with explaining that I am having a great time.

5. Out of the below flaws, which would you say you probably posses from time to time?
I talk a lot when I am nervous.
I'm a perfectionist.
I can be socially awkward.
I'm pretty shy.
