What Are You Destined to Be When You Grow Up?

I quickly take out my poncho and start tearing it up so everyone can have some cover from the rain.
I organize the group and keep everyone calm. I designate two people to look for cover, two people to start looking through bags for material to keep us all dry and two people to look at a map and figure out the closest route back to camp.
With material from others bags and nature, I create a make shift hut so that all of us can huddle under and stay dry until the storm passes.
I pull out a map and start strategically locating the closest shelter. I calculate the exact distance to each safe haven so that I can present a logical path to the group.

Amnesty International. I love raising money to help others around the world.
My afternoons are usually spent with the drama club. Making sets, performing in a new show or playing an instrument in the pit, this club is diverse enough to channel all of my energies.
I am the President of the Student Council. It is a very important position.
I really enjoy the science club. It allows me to expand on the knowledge I receive in class everyday.

I create a perfect evening, filled with fun activities, that they both will enjoy. Hopefully they will have so much fun together, they'll forget about whatever problems they are having.
Listen sympathetically to each side of the story and then fairy messages back and forth between them. I work tirelessly until the entire conflict is resolved. I hate to see my friends in pain.
I listen to each one and then come up with a strategic compromise, which they can both agree to, so we can resolve the problem amicably.
I show them, by example, how to be a good friend. I may also give a rousing speech on the importance of friendship.

Work with everyone in the group, so that no person feels left out and everyone's ideas are equally represented.
Take charge. If I don't nobody else will.
Read through the project instructions carefully and then make sure that the group does not stray from the assignment.
Come up with a creative idea on my own and then present it to the group.

I couldn't work in an environment where the rules are loosey goosey and there are no set goals to achieve.
I could not possibly imagine working under someone.
I don't think I could stand working nine to five behind a desk all day, everyday.
I could not imagine working completely alone.
