When it comes to exercising, it seems like everyone has a bevy of excuses for not engaging in regular physical activity: too tired, too busy, too unmotivated to bother. Hit the snooze button. Between school, your job, and your social life, you’re always pooped.

2. That hottie who sits in front of you during first period asks you out on a date, and they want to know what you'd like to do. You suggest :
A study sesh in a cafe downtown. Spending time with a cutie and cramming for your English final? There's nothing like multi-tasking.
A three-course meal at a new restaurant, with the most decadent dessert on the menu. (Chocolate lava cake, anyone?)
Going to pilates class.
Something relaxing that will help you guys get to know each other, like catching a movie followed by a stroll in the park.

3. You got into a huge fight with your best friend at school, and now you're home and you need to unwind. What do you do?
Smack around a punching bag to unleash your rage, and then try to chill out and figure out what went wrong.
Spend some quality time with your other best friends: TiVo and Doritos.
Between your multitude of extra-curricular activities and maintaining your GPA, you usually don't unwind until your head hits the pillow.
Head out for an invigorating run.

4. On average, how often do you hit the gym or work out on your own?
Just about every day if I can. I’m pretty much addicted to working out.
Not as much as I should, but that's because I'm always so beat from all of my other activities.
I only work out when I'm in the mood to, and sometimes I'll go running with my friends.
I rarely ever do. Besides, gym memberships are expensive, and I don’t want strangers seeing me in my workout shorts!

5. How happy are you with your body?
Not that happy, but with my body type, it would take way too much work to get into shape.
I'm happy with my body, but there's always room for improvement.
Meh, I don’t know. I don't really have time to think about it that much, but I guess I'm OK with it.
Depends on how I'm feeling! Sometimes I'll feel great, but we all have our fat days.
