1. How many meals do you eat a day?
I don't know that I’d consider them 'meals,' but probably four times or more. I eat three regular meals a day, and sometimes snacks. Only once or twice daily, but I load up on food so that I don't get hungry later.
2. What feelings do you associate with eating?
I don't really pay attention to 'feelings' when I eat. Not even feeling full, ha. I love being able to just relax and enjoy the food that I'm eating with friends. Actually, I think it's kind of annoying. I just try to get it over with as fast as I can.
3. It's almost lunch time and you're starving. What do you plan on having?
I'll probably have a chicken salad, and a diet Coke. I try to keep it light because I know I'll just be hungry again in a few hours. Oh, I have the biggest craving for a burger with fries! I just want to slouch-back in my chair and forget about everything at lunch. I'll just go to McDonald's and pick-up some stuff off their dollar menu. I don't really care about lunch as much as I do dinner. I just went something to get me through the day.

5. Would you consider yourself a ''snacker?''
Oh, hells yes. I love eating, but I just can't take that whole sitting down part of it that most people do. Give me a candy bar, chips, lean pocket...anything I can take on the go. No, not at all. If I'm going to eat, then I'm going to eat. I don't play around when it comes to eating. You've got to be in it to win it! I might have something small in the afternoon between lunch and dinner, but that's about it.
