Scream because you just spotted a spider, and reluctantly reach down to help, avoiding the spider very carefully.
Ask if they are okay and run to find a healing spell.
Shout their name and help them up, letting him/her lean on your shoulder.
Whip out a potion.
Shake your head and walk off.
Laugh but help your friend up.
Just help your friend up and put him/her in a chair and leave.
Put him/her on your horse and walk them to the hospital wing.
If it was a lady friend, I'd help her up and kiss her. If it was a guy, well...I guess I'd help him up.
